About me

Kia ora, I’m Analise

Yoga has been a big part of my life for many years. I found yoga as a teenager, and it became something that supported me through those years of growth and change. Since then, it has remained a steady place for me to return to, a way to reconnect with my body, breath and myself.

My training background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Yin and trauma-informed yoga, as well as holistic art therapy. I’m also currently studying Holistic Women’s Health, which continues to deepen the way I understand and approach my teaching.

Creating a space where women can take a moment for themselves has become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. It’s an honour to hold space for each person and support them through their own process, whether that means building strength, finding more ease in the body, slowing down or simply taking some time to breathe.

My classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, gentle strength and plenty of time to unwind, with the hope that you leave feeling a little more connected to yourself and a little better than when you arrived.

I’m so happy you’re here. Whether you’ve practised yoga for years or you’re completely new, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
